Stop Smoking

On a conscious level, you might desperately want to stop smoking, but on a subconscious level, you might believe or feel that smoking “gives” you something; and the fear around giving this up causes anxiety. The success of hypnotherapy to help smokers become ex-smokers is now very well known.

Your session will take up to two hours and you will leave with all the “equipment” you need to begin your new life as a non-smoker. You will leave feeling completely free from your addiction and you will have no desire to smoke.

You have the option of returning for a further session at no further cost at any time during the following three months should you feel that this might be required.

The good news is that most negative health consequences of smoking stop and many problems reverse themselves when you stop smoking. After between 5 and seven years of no smoking, a former smoker’s lungs can return to a level of healthiness appropriate for one’s age at the time.

So what are you waiting for? It is never too late to stop smoking and certainly if you are smoking there is no better time to quit than NOW.
